New Build - Valley View

This residence features cantilevered architecture and seamless floor-to-ceiling glass transitions. The design is unified by a continuous use of porcelain tile from the exterior to the interior, complemented by smooth stucco and fiber resin panels. Every element, from the glass railings to the technical massing, reflects a commitment to high-end modern craftsmanship.

Remodel - Club View

A full-scale interior and exterior transformation that bridges traditional architecture with modern amenities. We reworked the floor plan to improve flow, expanding the kitchen, primary suite, and second floor to create a more intentional living experience. A garage addition for a home gym and golf simulator, paired with a new outdoor kitchen and pool, ensures the residence serves as an all-encompassing sanctuary tailored for a modern lifestyle.

Historic Renovation - Harrison Classic

This 1930s cottage underwent a comprehensive restoration to honor its historic character while introducing modern performance. The project involved a full structural and mechanical overhaul including a reworked basement for increased height and a complete second-story expansion. By reimagining the floor plan for enhanced flow and scale, we transformed a classic residence into a high-functioning, energy-efficient home that respects its Boise heritage.

New Build - Social Sanctuary

Designed for an active social lifestyle, this custom residence balances bold, clean lines with a traditional warmth. The architecture prioritizes the landscape, featuring an expansive front terrace to capture regional views and an office with floor-to-ceiling glass.

The heart of the home features an expansive kitchen and dining area complete with custom wine storage that flows seamlessly toward the outdoor pool and lounge. A private primary wing with an oversized walk-in suite provides a quiet counterpoint to the home’s vibrant, entertaining-focused layout.
