Who is John Carr?
A Boise native and Boise State alumnus, John brings a disciplined, executive-level approach to the luxury custom home build. With a degree in Construction Management and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance, he offers a rare combination of technical field expertise and strategic financial oversight.
Before focusing exclusively on custom residential estates, John spent over 13 years leading multi-million-dollar commercial projects. This background in large-scale construction instilled a relentless focus on precision, transparency, and professional project management, qualities that can be hard to find in the residential market.
John’s work in the community reflects his commitment to the region, having served on the advisory board for St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital and supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Recognized by the Idaho Business Review’s 40 Under 40, John remains dedicated to elevating the standard of building in the Treasure Valley, ensuring every project is managed with the same clarity and integrity he would expect for his own family.
